About Beavercreek, OH - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Beavercreek is a Greene County, Ohio city, and with a population of over 45,000 residents, it is the largest city in the county. Beavercreek is also the second largest suburb of Dayton, falling only to Kettering. This city has been ranked by CNN Money as one of the Top 100 places to live in the U.S. Beavercreek was originally settled in the early 19th century, but the City of Beavercreek was not incorporated until February 1980.

Beavercreek is home to several notable attractions for both visitors and residents. Shopping is extremely popular in this community, and two malls are located here: the Greene Town Center and the Mall at Fairfield Commons. Two golf courses are located within the city limits, including the private Country Club of the North and the public Beavercreek Golf Club. Art enthusiasts may enjoy a trip to Decoy Art Studio, and outdoor recreation is available at Dominick Lofino Park, Merrick Park, or E.J. Nutter Park.

Beavercreek also hosts the enormous Beavercreek Popcorn Festival each September. Held the weekend after Labor Day, this event features over 200 vendor booths with food, crafts, and other specialties made with popcorn. Other events are also held throughout the weekend, including a Sunday car show and 5K Popcorn Run.

Beavercreek residents will need to use both an air conditioner and home heating system at different times throughout the year. Summers in Beavercreek are hot and humid, and while this makes them great for outdoor activities like swimming and boating, the high temperatures can also be dangerous. Winters are cold with moderate snowfall, and average accumulation levels usually reach 23 inches. Since the spring and autumn months tend to offer comfortable weather, HVAC professionals recommend that homeowners take advantage of these times to have their climate control systems serviced for the upcoming season.
