About Springboro, OH - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Springboro, Ohio is an affluent suburb of Dayton and Cincinnati, located in portions of Montgomery and Warren Counties. This community has a population of roughly 17,500 residents, and the area is known for having the highest income of all Ohio cities. The community was founded by Jonathan Wright in 1815, and it later served as a stop on the Underground Railroad, making it an important location for escaped slaves to hide. Springboro was even the first city to formally erect an Ohio Underground Railroad Historic Marker.

Springboro is home to several attractions that visitors might enjoy during their stay in the city. The La Comedia Dinner Theater, which is located on West Central Avenue, offers a unique combination of Broadway-style entertainment and fine dining. For dessert, visitors can stop by Friesinger’s Candy Factory to observe candy being made from scratch, and since this store has been family-owned and operated since 1894, it is a historic gem in the city. History buffs may also enjoy viewing the Jonathan Wright House or learning about aviation history at the 1911 Wright “B” Flyer Museum.

The climate of Springboro is variable throughout the year, and severe weather conditions are common during each of the seasons. Spring temperatures are comfortable but may bring thunderstorms that can last into the summer months. July is the hottest month, with temperatures reaching the mid-80s on average, and humidity levels are high. In order to stay safe and comfortable while indoors, residents will need to have access to a home air conditioning system.

The autumn months in Springboro tend to feature temperatures in the upper-50s, and severe storms with tornados are possible. Temperatures begin to plummet in December, and in January, many days will see thermostat readings that fail to reach the freezing point. An energy-efficient heat pump or furnace can help residents to save money on their home heating bills while also staying safe when winter weather strikes.
