About Huber Heights, OH - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Huber Heights is an Ohio city located in portions of Miami, Greene, and Montgomery Counties. In terms of population, Huber Heights is the third largest Dayton suburb with 38,100 residents, trailing Kettering and Beavercreek. This city is named after developer Charles Huber, and its claim to fame is being the largest community of brick homes in the U.S. Huber Heights is conveniently located at the intersection of I-75 and I-70, so it is in attractive trucking and transportation hub. Additionally, a variety of large businesses operate within the city limits, including Dayton Freight, Bowser Morner, Enginetics, and Coca-Cola.

Huber Heights is home to a variety of unique attractions and activities. Families with young children may enjoy spending an afternoon at the Orbit Fun Center, Hazzards Miniature Golf, or Poelking Bowling Centers. Outdoor recreation is popular in this community, and residents may like to spend a day at Thomas A. Cloud Memorial Park or take their four-legged friend to the Sit, Stay, N’ Play Dog Park. Other popular attractions are also located nearby, including the Scene 75 Entertainment Center.

The weather in Huber Heights consists of four distinct seasons. While the spring and autumn months are mild with comfortable temperatures, extreme weather changes often occur in the winter and summer. During the winter, the region will see about two feet of snow, and cold temperatures with potentially dangerous wind chills move into the area. The summer months are known for muggy and hot conditions with thunderstorms, some of which are severe.

These variable weather conditions make it necessary for Huber Heights residents to invest in both heating and cooling systems for their homes. An energy-efficient heat pump or furnace will prevent frigid winter temperatures from causing indoor pipes and plumbing from freezing. Likewise, an air conditioner that has been properly-serviced can keep interior temperatures comfortable while also improving indoor air quality.
