About Bellbrook, OH - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Located in Greene County, Ohio, Bellbrook is a small city located within the Dayton Metro Statistical Area. As of 2010, the population of this community was nearly 7,000. Initially a village, this city was first constructed in 1816, and it was named for Stephen Bell, one of its founders. In 1970, Bellbrook was annexed from the surrounding Sugarcreek Township, and since then it has developed over 1,000 housing units. As of today, the city has been widely developed and has very little land available for future expansion.

Despite the community’s modest size, there are a few attractions that may be of interest to visitors located here. Pathfinder Stables and Sugarbelle Farms offers horseback riding lessons and pony ride birthday parties for young children, and equestrians may also like to check out the Conference School of Horsemanship. History buffs might enjoy a visit to the Bellbrook Museum. Special events are also available in Bellbrok, as each April, the community hosts a Sugar Maple Festival, and the Lions Club Festival occurs each August.

Summers in Bellbrook can be hot and very humid, with average high temperatures reaching the mid-80s. This region of Ohio is subject to severe weather systems that are typical for the Midwest, including severe thunderstorms and tornadoes during the summer and autumn months. When high heat and severe weather keep residents indoors, they are thankful to have a reliable air conditioning system to keep them cool.

As the autumn months turn into winter, Bellbrook residents will turn off their air conditioning units in favor of a heat pump or furnace. Winters here are cold, and overnight lows can fall to the low-20s. Unfortunately, each season, there are several days where the thermostat fails to even make it out of negative digits. When these uncomfortable climate conditions make their way into the Bellbrook region, it is essential that heat pumps or furnaces are operating properly.
